Meals In the Mix offers personalized clean eating meal plans so you can reach your goals. 
 
A 4 week customized meal plan is $25 and an 8 week customized meal plan is $40.  All meal plans are emailed within 24-48 hours of payment receipt.
 
As far as the meal plans go, the meals change every week so your body adapts and then gets confused so it burns fat more efficiently. We will give you the exact meals/foods to eat, as well as the serving size of each food in each meal. 
 
**Vegetarian and food-sensitive meal plans are also available!

Sample Meal Plan (Clean Eating):
Breakfast

Omelet with Fruit or
1/2 cup cooked oatmeal w/ 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tsp cinnamon & 1 chopped apple

Snack

1/2 cup of Frozen or Fresh Berries or 
1 serving of natural almonds/walnuts

Lunch

Salad with Chicken and Brown Rice
2 cups leafy greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil
lemon juice
4 oz grilled chicken
1/2 cup brown rice

Snack

10 baby carrots w/ 1/2 cup Greek yogurt dipping sauce

Dinner

Pasta Primavera
1 cup whole wheat pasta (or spaghetti squash) 
2 cups chopped leafy greens
1 cup sautéed vegetable mix (mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, onion, asparagus, etc.)
1 cup extra lean ground turkey (or beef)
